Characteristics | Lvyu Silicone soft macro emulsions CT 89 is a non-ionic amino silicone oil macro emulsions.
Application | CT 89 is an ideal softener, be applied to a wide range of fibers and fabrics. It can give the woven and knitted fabric a soft, smooth and flexible feel. For knitted cotton fabrics and cotton or polyester, CT 89 can be said to be one of the best softeners. CT 89 to improve wash/wear performance, improve wrinkles recovery angle, to improve sewing performance, and tear strength, to reduce friction losses. And these properties are still good to keep after washing or dry cleaning. CT 89 has little effect to whiteness in conventional usage conditions. In addition, its shade and color fastness not observed any negative impact.

Method of preparation | CT 89 even in the absence of catalysts can get lasting results. If you do not add the resin, there is no need anything special curing conditions. The CT 89 can use padding or dipping finishing. But need to be careful that not let it bear too high shear force so as not to affect the emulsion stability. When using Padding method, it is recommended to use 10 to 30 g / l CT 89. Impregnation method is recommended to use clothes weight of 1 to 3% CT 89, 40-50°Cfor 15 to 20 minutes, the PH value of the working solution can be adjusted to 5 to 5.5. CT 89 may be used alone, can also be mixed, and mix resins or other finishing agent. In the resin finishing add CT 89 can be obtained the higher folds recovery angle and lower wear values. CT 89 CN combined with conventional softeners and additives (such as polyacrylate) can obtain various different feel.
Reference formulations | synthetic fibers woven and knitted 0.5ml / l acetic acid (60%) 10-30g / l CT 89 Padding, dyeing rate of about 50%, about 130°Cdrying
